Hi, if you stick to a strict no fat (or very low fat) diet, then there is no reason that you won't be successful. The idea is that for every 2lbs you loose yourself (by dieting and exercising), Alli will help you loose another pound. So you do have to work for the weight loss. I hope you get the results that you want : )
