Do you have to eat food with helidac therapy?

Details:

It leaves such a bad taste in my mouth which colors everything I eat and my stomache is consistently upset.

You do need to try to eat. The symptoms you are having is pretty common with this kind of therapy. If it is unbearable, you should talk to your Dr. Perhaps he could try something different.
