Do they make opana 60?

Hi!
I'm not sure if you are asking about IR or ER but unless it has changed since I started taking it only a few months ago the IR only goes up to 10mg and the ER only goes up to 40mg. I read a post where someone was taking 60mg of the ER and it was 1 40mg and 1 20mg together to equal the 60mg.

I've never taken the IR but I currently take 20mg ER every 8 hours. I take Norco 10/325 for breakthrough pain which is a few times a day. I hear the IR is good for breakthrough pain but my doctor has never said anything about it and I've taken the Norco for 5 months.
