I've been taking Remeron since 10 years before bed for depression and insomnia. But what I can't understand is why I become dizzy while driving during the day. Do other also experience this?
Do others also have difficulty driving with Remeron?

I had to go off the medication because I felt dizzy all of the time and especially when I turned my head it would feel like my head was spinning. So, perhaps in your case, when you turn your head when looking from side to side while driving, you may have the same effect as I did. Hope that helps you in some way.
