I am worried that the micaras plus 80/12.5 may cause Dehydration because of the Diuretic. I have been feeling a very Slight vagueness’ and slight pressure in my head, it is Annoying.
Do I need to drink more water when taking micardas plus blood presure tablets?

Is it Micardis HCT 80 mg/12.5 mg (which has 80 mg of Micardis and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide) that you are taking? These are possible side effects of taking the med, yes drinking more water is recommended when taking a diuretic, however for more accurate info please seek medical advice from the doc who prescribed the med., take care & all the best!
