Your wife is right.
Cialis can help achieve an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. An erection will not occur just by taking a pill, foreplay is required.

Suzanne66 is correct. My husband has been using this for a couple of years, he wakes up with quite an erection every morning, especially after taking Cailis the night before, but he needs stimulation at other times. Which is really what you want, right? Don't want to walk around hard all day long do you?
