I only forgot one pill but then took it the next day as soon as i remembered just as the instructions say.
Do I have to get my period on the exact day that TriNessa says I should have it?

Going by your package directions, if it says to just continue on with your normal dosing schedule if you forget to take your pill then do that, as for the period contraceptions can effect your period and when you start or stop, you can ask your local pharmacist and they should be able to reassure you on any concerns that you may have and hopefully all will be fine, also, speak with your obgyn... If you have had sex I would still be very precautious and keep pregnancy test on hand, I t has been so long since i have been on birth control it would be hard to say if that one missed pill is going to effect your start date.
