i have acne on my face and i want to if i can use thismedications that i have in my house that it cephalexin 500 mg... please i need a answer quickly thank you

It's probably better for you to see a dermatologist.
Cephalexin may help but the amount that you have left over is definitely not going to sufficient to get rid of your acne. Treatment for acne is usually long term, a couple of months at least.
