I take Effexor XR and so far have had bad interactions with two different diuretics. Looking for a diuretic that does not negate the Effexor.

Unfortunately all classes of diuretics have an interaction with Effexor. Your doctor needs to perhaps try the other class of diuretic. If you have a reaction with that as well then it will be hard ... maybe even a reduced dose will avoid the side effects.
