Yes, Ditropan has the side effect of dyspepsia and GERD symptoms could definitely fall under the category of dyspepsia. Talk to your Dr about an alternative or if you really feel you need the drug, you might ask about an H2 inhibitor like Prilosec or Nexium to control your GERD symptoms.
