The expiry date of the med should be mentioned on the label it is mandatory as per the FDA laws, some meds have an expiry of 2-3 years from the date of manufacture, would recommend either call a pharmacy or take it across & have it checked for the validity of the med, take care, be safe & well.

I have phlagyl from 2009, is it still good ? I understand that the Military gives our troops medications that are up to eight years old.
