I took urine screen drug test. Hav script for dilaudid. Took vicodin b4 urine screen. Will thy show up the same? Nt sure wht kind of screen. I jst kno thy send it out 2 gt the results.It's called a "split" screen urine test.

The Vicoden will show up as hydrocodone, the Dilaudid will be your scripted hydramorphone.. not same drug. A good test is 10 strip and usually tests sent off test for more accuracy. I have a post about the 10 strip test.. my bloodwork, my very first test even showed the level of medicine in my system including the Advil I took that morning.

To answer directly the test will fail unless it hadn't settled into your system.. ie: slow metabolism. The test will accurately show anything ingested within 72 hours of the test.
Keep in mind also.. pot/ methodone.. all stay a good 15-30 days before urine is clean.
