Pill imprint 54 196 4 has been identified as Hydromorphone Hydrochloride 4 mg.
Description: Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Tablets, USP, are supplied as white to off-white, round tablets. The 4 mg tablet is debossed with "4" on one side and "54 196" on the other side.

What do generic dilaudid look like? Specifically the 4mg. Does it have a M on one side and a 4 on the other, round & white tablet?

The pill isn't the smallest I've ever seen but definetly not the biggest. I thought they were a dilaudid... please tell me all what you ...

I found a small white round pill with the imprints of "W 4" and line on the back, should be dilaudid
By the way, its not Trihexyphenidyl. I looked up all the milligrams on google image so its not that.
