Whats the difference between oxycodone hydrochloride and roxicodone?

Not positive but I believe one has tylenol in it one don't

Roxicet is the one with acetaminophen.

Roxicodone is a brand name of oxycodone made by Roxane labs. Oxycodone hydrochloride is a generic name.

There no difference. Roxicodone is a Brand name for Oxycodone, as in Tylenol vs. Acetaminophen. Hope this helps.
