... metamucil (it's icky), when is the best time to take this?

If you are taking metamucil once a day then you can take it in the morning just in case it has it's effects early. Sometimes it works slowly, that way you have th ewhole day ahead. If you take it in the evening you may need to wake up at night.
Yes, it's fine to take dicyclomine, calcium and B12 vitamins together.
