I was prescribed 75 mg diclofenac up to two times per day. But how long can I wait in between the first and second dose?

Diclofenac looks enteric coated; so is azrotec. Azrotec needs insurance approval--Diclofenac doesn't. Can Diclofenac be used in place of azrotec?
