Chronic Mastoiditis is difficult to treat and obviously your symptoms are getting worse with the development of Eagle Syndrone. After researching your condition it seems that since the ant-inflammatory ie. Celebrex is not giving you enough relief and you have developed Eagle Syndrone you have little option but to consider surgery. You could also visit another ear specialist for a second opinion.
