Ive been on ramipril for years but only 5 mgs. U deff need to tell your doc. It has helped my high blood pressure but i just found out that it may not be working for my kidneys. So in a few weeks i might b able to help you better. But def watch what you eat. Stay away from lots of sugar and starches. If you eat canned fruit ONLY eat 100% fruit juice. Stay away from corn syrup
