Diabetic Kidney Disease - My doctor is prescribing Ramipril to me to protect my kidney. I do not?

... have high blood pressure and I am not yet a diabetic. I am on the boarder line of becoming a diabetic. Recently I passed out and they believe it is due to the Ramipril, should I be taking Ramipril?

either its too high of a dose or its a severe side effect so you may want to tell your doc asap

Ive been on ramipril for years but only 5 mgs. U deff need to tell your doc. It has helped my high blood pressure but i just found out that it may not be working for my kidneys. So in a few weeks i might b able to help you better. But def watch what you eat. Stay away from lots of sugar and starches. If you eat canned fruit ONLY eat 100% fruit juice. Stay away from corn syrup
