I am diabetic and I was told that if my blood sugar gets anywhere near 300 and or if I have those symptoms to go to an Emergency room! If you are having those symptoms get to your nearest ER. Then after your sugar is controlled closer to normal 90-140 then have a very strong conversation with your Dr about it.

Forgot to say that if you haven't been diagnosed diabetic you also need to take a blood test to determine how long your blood sugar has been high. With those symptoms worrying about ketones is secondary to controlling your blood sugar.
