Tussin DM helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions.
It also helps to control / suppress an annoying cough.
It may be given to your 3 year old daughter.
The recommended dosage for children 2 years to under 6 years is 1/2 teaspoonful every 4 hours, not to exceed 3 teaspoonfuls in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor.
