No. This medication is based on d,l-amphetamine. Dextroamphetamine is the d- isomer of amphetamine. It is more effective than the l- isomer and causes less side effects. The l-isomer of amphetamine is called levoamphetamine. BTW, crack is based on cocaine... there are no other common drugs that are "based" on cocaine.
