I also take a multi-vitamin, 500 mg niacin, 630 mg calcium and glucosamine/MSM-1500 mg each. Do I need to stop any of these? I have not had any side effects with the Detrol LA. I haven't started the fluconazole yet. Is there a safe way to take both? Thanks
Detrol LA-4mg per day & fluconazole-300mg one/week, should I skip Detrol that day? no other meds?

There is an interaction between Detrol and fluconazole, where fluconazole may increase plasma levels of Detrol. It may be an insignificant rise in the level but ask your doctor what he/she would like you to do.
