Desitin - is it safe to use prophylactically on vulva an inner vulva area on a 7 mo old?

On the bottom is fine. Try not to put on the inner vulva area. It only has zinc oxide so shouldn't be a problem but applying it to just the top will be fine to protect from nappy rash.
