I have pills that are white with the number 79 on one side and E on the other. They are oval shaped. They are in a bottle marked Glipizide ER 10 mg. They do not look like the glipizide that I usually take?

Just under the drugs.com logo for the site, there is a light blue banner with several clickable tabs, one is a pill identifier and another is drugs a to z. you can click the pill identifier and it will ask shape, color and markings and when you find out what it is, you can click drugs a to z and look it up.
