Dermal Necrosis -- Treatment - is regitine the proper antidote for esmolol extravasation?

".....Regitine is indicated for the prevention or treatment of dermal necrosis and sloughing following intravenous administration or extravasation of norepinephrine."

I am not sure whether it is an antidote for esmolol. You should seek professional advice if this has happened to you.
