If you mean will it affect her fertility when she does want to have children? That is really hard to say. Sometimes taking pills can regulate ones cycle and make ovulation times, etc., more predictable but sometimes there may be other causes of infertility.
It is very difficult to say whether Cryselle or any other birth control pill will have an effect on the ability to conceive later on.
