I have been on Coumadin for many years do to a blood clotting disorder so here it goes. Yes you can just try to stay away from garlic pills or the fresh garlic if you can--- the garlic salt/powder is o.k. though. The toast should be fine as well. Coumadin is a very tricky drug so you have to be careful about a lot of things--- not to much dark greens and LARGE salads, a small one once in awile is o.k. It is mainly the dark greens like spinach, asparagus, brocoli--- stuff like that. If I can help in any way please post a note and I ill try to help in anyway I can. Good luck with the Coumadin

I had a TIA and was placed on clopidogrel 75. I also take garlic and cayenne in my diet. Is there any conflict between these two groups?
