Could Diltiazem be causing upper abdominal pain, bloating and nausea?

Diltiazem could cause the side effects listed by you, but not exactly as upper abdominal pain, bloating & or nausea but fatigue, vomiting, signs of low blood pressure, besides some other side effects.

If you think this med is too uncomfortable to your system? Please ask your doc to prescribe a med which would perhaps be more compatible or suitable to your system.
