Patient has very poor vascular flow into extremities. Again has a vascular disease. Please advise
Could IV Bupivacaine in finger for pain after surgery cause the tissue to die with poor circulation?

I just wanted to clarify that the Bup ivacaine was NOT given IV, it was given SUBQ.
And your question is? Different? My answer is the same. Poor cirulation would be the cause of tissue death. In my opinion, altho' I'm am not a medical professional. Mary
