Patient has very poor vascular flow into extremities. Again has a vascular disease. Please advise

I just wanted to clarify that the Bup ivacaine was NOT given IV, it was given SUBQ.
And your question is? Different? My answer is the same. Poor cirulation would be the cause of tissue death. In my opinion, altho' I'm am not a medical professional. Mary
