I have not had a leg cramp in years. But I have been on Azor for a month now and I have had a day of feeling flush and sweaty for one day. And now I have had cramps in both calfs during sleep. Is this a side affect?

In researching your question I could not find any conclusive information.
Rhabdomyolysis has been a reported side effect of Azor and symptoms include general weakness, muscle stiffness or aching (myalgia) ,muscle tenderness, fatigue, joint pain, seizures and weight gain (unintentional) . Rhabdomyolysis is a serious side-effect and you should see your doctor if symptoms persist.

I am going through cramps and or muscle weakness in the lower legs and arms after taking overdose of azor. I was taking 5-40mg for 6 months without a problem until 3 weeks ago, I started experiencing dizziness, fainting spells, irregular heart beat, sweating , cramps or muscle weakness in lower legs and arms. CVS accidentally put a 10-40mg dose in my 5-40mg container and I have been taking it the last month. This is when these symptoms started. I've been to the emergency and was admitted for 4 days. They have run every test but nothing. I NEED HELP TO CORRECT THIS PLEASE!!! I AM SUFFERING!!! THIS DRUG IS CRAZY!!!
I have been on Azor 5mg-40mg for almost a year, just recently for the past two weeks I have been experiencing burning aching legs, and also have found a small lump on the calf of one leg. Could this be from Azor?
I would not discount that it could be related to the Azor. I'd read through the list of side effects, even the 'rare' ones, and see if any other physical ailments you've had, but figured it was something else, (ex: hair loss-writing it off to hormones), and take any possibility of side effects very seriously and see your prescribing physician. I had attributed a variety of symptoms to other things, and am now unable to walk enough to do grocery shopping, and other basic menial tasks. My legs go numb and i have nerve damage in 35% of my left leg. No one was taking my 'complaints' seriously, and i've spent a small fortune on mri's and x-rays, etc. trying to exclude spinal problems. Please get to your MD and make them listen... print the list of side effects and highlight any that pertain to you and take that with to the doc.
