18 month old daughter had viral gastroentitis(diarrhoea, fever and vomiting) so had full week medicine course along with strict diet restriction for around 2 weeks, finally started with normal diet(with doc permission)..Again vomiting has started but no fever. Called doc he prescribed medicines for vomiting and stomach infection but still she is vomiting.What to do now? I am very worried

I agree with Kaismama. It could be that you advanced her diet too quickly however. If she was on clear liquids for a while then you went straight to a regular diet, it may have been too much too quickly. I would call and get her an appointment to see her Dr and in the meantime, drop her back to clear liquids for a day then go to bland soft foods and limit dairy for a bit then gradually go back to regular diet. Is she holding down fluids? If she isnt holding down fluids then you may want to go to the ER as these little ones can get dehydrated quickly.
