I was on 400mgs/day of methadone for 5 years and I can tell you that getting out and going for walks helps and it also makes the methadone work better. You could try soflox which is a stool softener. Drink lots of water and stay away from binging on sweets as thats what really causes the constipation along with inactivity..Good luck... Dave
