Constipation - could I have a blockage or partial blockage if I can only have bowel movements with?

... the aid of laxitives or colace ........ i have been on the atkins induction diet for 5 monts and am also on vicodin ... i havent had a normal bowel movement in over a month

How much exercise are you getting?? Go for a walk after breakfast and again after supper. Opiates are well know to cause constipation especially if you are inactive...Good luck...Dave

vegetable oil pill at Walmart or other stores acts as natural laxative. I had same issue.
