i personally think Opana ER is the best pain medicine i have ever taken Opana gets me to a pain level of 0 Iam on roxicet for breakthrough and now they have prescribed me the Nucynta to take in morning and at night and my insurance company is wanting a prior approval so i havent been able to get it filled yet i checked it out online and it says its a schedule 2 narcotic whatever that means i was just wondering if anyone was familiar with it because i have been on my drug regimen for a year without change at all and its getting to where im not getting the relief that i use to get so i was really hoping this new drug works they told me at the pharmacy that the insurance was questioning it because i was on the roxicet and they were wondering why they didnt just add 2 roxi's a day instead of adding the new medication
Schedule 2 medications is medicine that has a higher addiction rate and more prone for abuse. Doctors generally dont like giving out this medication for that reason.
Opana ER is great for pain but side effect s at higher doses really dub it down. Never heard of the other.. ? Good luck though I'm looking into new Meds myself and worry..
