What is this pill - with 'Collins tramadol' imprint?

Collins is a Mexican company. Unfortunately they seem to use similar imprints on pills and capsules so very hard to id.
A quick google search shows there seems to be 2 identical capsules as you describe.
One contains Tramadol 50mg and the other Fluoxetine 20mg.
If you open up the capsule, Tramadol should look gritty, like sand, whereas Fluoxetine is a powder that looks like cornstarch.
