What cold medicine can I take while I am taking Nucynta ER?

I really think you are ok to take most things, just be cautious. Nucynta has NO Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen in it, so you are safe in that aspect, just be careful with anything that contains dextromethorphan, or anything that helps with sleep, because Nucynta can cause respiratory depression (which basically feels like you can't breath/ aren't breathing enough). So try not to take anything that has "PM" in the Label. If you don't wanna call your actual doctor, you can call any pharmacy, pretty much anywhere (even one you don't go to if you want) and talk to an actual Pharmacist. Overall, just be conscious of your breathing.
