Yes. According to Drugs@FDA

Each 5 mL (one teaspoonful), for oral administration contains:
Codeine phosphate 10 mg; promethazine hydrochloride 6.25 mg; phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg in a flavored syrup base with a pH between 4.8 and 5.4. Alcohol 7%.
