Are there alternatives to Clozapine that have the least effect on the Liver. My mam has been taking Clozapine for quite sometime and it is damaging her liver. She is also taking Stalevo for Parkinsons so im not sure what alternatives to Clozapine can be taken with Stalevo

She can take risperidone or olanzapine instead of clozapine. They do have known interactions between Stalevo but those same interactions also exist between Stalevo and clozapine.
But these new medicines can also affect the liver so it's hard to say which one would be best.
