Hi Pledge, I was really surprised to hear that citalopram can be used for narcolepsy. Do you know much about it being used for this condition? Thanks D
Hello D. Truth be told so am I. Spent a bit of time looking and haven't found anything todate to tell me that its or has been used to fight narcolepsy. Its not a stimulant CNS drug. I know you've taken it as well as myself. In fact I stopped taking it because of feeling tired. not necessarily sedated, but fatique yes. When or if I find something concrete, I'll drop you a line, pledge.
Thanks : ) Yeah i just find it a bit strange?
Hi D. Found nothing. Have a wonderfull Sunday, enjoy the day and upcoming week, pledge
Thanks! This would be greatly appreciated.
Like I said it does not treat tiredness but treats the cataplexy and hallucinogenic dreams.
Thanks for any more info. on other possibilities!
i've been given dexanphetimen as a treatment for cataplexy, dosen't seem to help much for the sleepiness but it seems to help a fair bit to help control the cataplexy.
