I was thinking since this drug opens up my blood flow to my lower extremites it might help with this problem..

Highly unlikely that cilostazol will help with erectile dysfunction ... but you can try it and see. If you really have erectile dysfunction please see your doctor and you will be prescribed effective medicine which should definitely help. Erectile dysfunction is easily remedied so avoid using things that may not work and cause disappointment. All the best.
