Possible Complications or symptoms of End Stage COPD.

* Irregular heart beats (arrhythmias)
* Need for breathing machine and oxygen therapy
* Right-sided heart failure or cor pulmonale (heart swelling and heart failure due to
chronic lung disease)
* Pneumonia
* Pneumothorax
