I now use a nebulizer 3 times a day which works fine, but if I go out for the day I need a 'puffer' with me just in case.This means I am housebound until I get a new puffer

If you are suffering from asthma without any lung cell damage,or allergy ,Pl.practice pranayama which is often shown in Indian T.V.channel ASTHA or open yoga guru web site .you will find How to to do pranayama. Don't stop your routine medicine during pranayama exercise.Aftter long run your does of medicine may decrease
