... Pedi GI suggested that we do and EGD to further evaluate the GI trac. While doing the EGD, the GI found that she had yeast in her esophagus. She also had a yeast diaper rash at this time. How likely is it that she has CMC and that is has been present since 5 months of age? How likely is it that this is the cause of her food refusal?

It is really hard to say with certainty whether she has had if since she was 5 months old and whether that is the reason for her food refusal. Her food refusal is likely to be due to CMC but we couldn't say for sure.
