... had a bout of diverticulitis from pain pill also. After antibiotic and liquid diet I am still having constipation. Thanks

Yes, you can take the stool softener everyday. Make sure you drink a lot of water and get as active as you can....Good luck...Dave

yes, you can take it every day, however, your body can become dependent on it to have a bowel movement. so, really just take it for a short while. just add prunes and fiber to your diet.
