Chlorzoxazone - can you use narcotic pain relivers with this?

If it was me I would take the Chlorzoxazone first as it is a muscle relaxer. That may help you with the pain indirectly. If this does not work for you I would consider taking a pain reliever. Just don't keep this up very long as you can become addicted.
