When I rinsed with this solution this morning about an 45 minutes later I passed out. Am I having an alergic reaction? This is the second time it has happened.

I did not ingest any of the mouth, no more than any residue from spitting it out after rinsing. I only used 1/2 oz.

Chlorhexidine Gluconate MM Side Effects
Tooth/tongue staining, increased tartar, mouth/throat irritation, and change in taste of food/drinks may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: mouth or skin rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.
