Chlorhexidine - Can chlohexidine be use as bath? If so how often? Any problems reported?

Yes - but only in certain situations.
Giving seriously ill hospital patients a daily bath with chlorhexidine, an antibacterial agent, can dramatically cut down the development of potentially deadly bloodstream infections like MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and VRE (vancomycin-resistant Enterococci) . The only potential problems with this practice is the development of allergy or the development of bacterial resistance - although in clinical trials these adverse effects were rarely reported.
