How long does it take your body to eliminate all nicotine after quitting smoking?

Hey Shinedown. Im currently using the Chantix starter pack & I read in there that once we smoke our last cig it takes 48-72hrs to fully detox the nicotine from our system. The tar & damage done to our lungs all the time we were smoking unfortunately takes many years to recover from. Hope that helps answer your questions. Good luck
