As Suzanne said, chances are high that you will not become pregnant but as a former nurse who used to council women about birth control I must add that you should not use Plan B as a birth control method. If you truly dont want to become pregnant then you need to be on a good reliable birth control method. There are many forms to use and I'm sure one of them will work well for you. I also want to add that as being a mother myself, your mother will not hate you!! She may be disappointed in you and frightened for you, but she will not hate you. She will likely be more understanding than you think. If you are going to have sex however, you need to do so responsibly and get yourself some form of birth control. It is readily available and most areas have clinics where birth control is offered at low cost to even free. Even if you just use condoms and spermicide which you can buy at the drug store it will give you more peace of mind than going without.
