Yes, studies have shown that up to 4.5mg of Cetirizine per day can be safely given to children between 6 an 11 months (4.5mg of Cetirizine is equivalent to 4.5ml of the commercially available Cetirizine 1mg/ml Syrup ) You are giving 3.75ml a day which is well within a normal and safe dose.
